I commend the Scarborough Ontario Health Team (SOHT) for bringing health care providers, community organizations, and social service agencies together under one roof. Events like this help residents better understand the services available to them and, importantly, make it easier for people and families to find the right supports when they need them.
For years, I have been fighting to put Scarborough back on the map – to ensure that our community receives the attention, investment, infrastructure, and services it deserves. Building a stronger and more connected health and social service system is an important part of that vision.
Scarborough is strong because of the people and organizations that care for it.
