2026 Community BBQ! It was a pleasure to join Raymond, our community leaders, families, and residents for this great Scarborough tradition. I am proud to work with Raymond to make sure Scarborough gets the attention, investment, and opportunities it deserves and to put Scarborough on the map of Toronto once again!

government, major projects are moving forward across Scarborough – including the Scarborough Subway Extension, with construction well underway on the 7.8-km extension and 3 new stations; major investments transforming the Scarborough Health Network

, including a $82 million investment to add more than 36,000 square feet of new emergency care space at SHN Centenary Hospital and support hundreds of good-paying jobs in the community, the building new hospital at SHN Birchmount Hospital; and the University of Toronto Scarborough’s Scarborough

Academy of Medicine and Integrated Health, which is opening this year and will bring medical and health-professional education right into our community.
