After decades of inaction and empty promises under the previous provincial government, our government is getting it done. Under the leadership of Premier Ford and Minister Sarkaria, the Scarborough Subway Extension is becoming a reality, bringing tens of thousands of residents closer to reliable transit. It is exciting to see the pace of construction on this transformative project, which will improve connections across the community and provide better access to critical health-care facilities, including Scarborough Health Network hospitals.
In addition, the project will help reduce commute times, allowing families to spend more quality time with their loved ones.
