The Fengcai Arts Association organized a colourful “Canada International Dragon Boat & Intangible Cultural Heritage Arts Festival”.
I also wish to recognize the valued collaboration of the North America Culture Media Network for their contribution in helping bring this important cultural celebration to our community.
The Dragon Boat (or Double Fifth) Festival is a cherished tradition that symbolizes unity, perseverance, and cultural pride.
Rooted in centuries of history and inspired by the legacy of patriot and poet Qu Yuan, it continues to bring people together through shared heritage, spirited competition, and community celebration.
