After 15 years of a Liberal government and decades of Liberal MPP’s in Scarborough, our community felt abandoned and unnoticed. Under the leadership of Premier Ford, our government is making significant investments in improving healthcare.
In Scarborough-Agincourt, our government is investing over $1 billion to build a new 450 bed hospital. This funding includes $3 million to renovate the existing Birchmount Hospital. Our government is also investing $15 million to add 27 new hemodialysis stations across SHN.
Furthermore, just last year, we celebrated the opening of the new Northpine Diagnostic Imaging Department, after a $36.6 million investment by our government.
