MPP Babikian Hosts The 4th Annual Armenian Heritage Month Celebration At Queen’s Park

On Monday, I had the great honour to host the 4th Annual Armenian Heritage Month celebration at Queen’s Park.

It was a pleasure to welcome Premier Ford, Her Excellency Ms. Anahit Harutyunyan – Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia to Canada, His Eminence Archbishop Papken Tcharian – Prelate of the Armenian Prelacy of Canada, Minister’s, MPP’s from all political stripes, clergymen, members of the Consular Corps, members of various ethnic communities, and leaders and members of the Armenian community.

This event featured traditional Armenian performances, food, music, and culture. Thank you to Sassoun Dance Ensemble and Nshan Papazian for performing beautiful Armenian dances and musical pieces. Also, a big thank you to my staff, volunteers, and attendees whose presence made this celebration special.
