MPP Babikian Joins NCCT To Celebrate Tamil Canadian Community

I had the pleasure of joining Premier Ford and my colleagues at the National Council of Canadian Tamils (NCCT) Gala to congratulate the NCCT and the Tamil community on this special evening to celebrate the achievements, resilience, and vibrant culture of the Tamil Canadian community.

Over the years, Tamil Canadians have made remarkable contributions to our province and our country through their leadership, entrepreneurship, academic excellence, cultural enrichment, and strong commitment to public service.

Organizations such as the NCCT play an important role in strengthening civic engagement and promoting the values that define Canada; democracy, multiculturalism, volunteerism, and respect for human rights.
