MPP Babikian attended St. Mary Armenian Church’s annual Good Friday procession

Record-breaking numbers of faithful attended St. Mary Armenian Church’s annual Good Friday procession, renewing their faith and recommitting themselves to our Lord’s message of peace, sacrifice, and love for one another.

I was honoured to join Archbishop Papken Charian and other elected officials on this occasion to wish parishioners a Happy Easter.

It was truly uplifting to see the dedication and commitment of the young people, including the Boy Scouts and Girl Guides, who took the lead in organizing the procession and ensuring the safety of participants.
